Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt ( for merchandise bought on www.piecesuniques.no ). If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or store credit will be granted.  All refunds will be issued by wire transfer.  All returns must be in impeccable condition. Returned merchandise should include the original Pièces Uniques packaging, tags and the store sealed.  Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or returns on custom made, special orders or sales items.

By Mail

On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

Store Purchases

Any merchandise purchased in a store should be returned at the store where it was purchased.

We offer store credit for merchandise bought in our Pièces Uniques flagstore in Frogner.

Price Adjustments

Purchase price will be credited.

Please note that when placing a PRE-ORDER on any Pieces Uniques item, your jewelry will be despatched in approx. 4 weeks from date of order. Your card will be charged upon ordering; should your shopping bag also contain items which are currently in-stock, these items will be despatched immediately with PRE-ORDER items following later.
